"The music contains great richness, the vocal parts are well served by the soloists and the beautiful choreography, with the animals, especially the owls, and the magnificent wolf! Even if it just makes one more appearance, we would love to see the wolf again. This is a show that we would like to see in the United States, why not in Navajo land. And, I od hope for a return of the work to Rouen, its richness deserves a second season, but this is always a problem with new works. Thierry Pécou’s works deserve to be heard more."

- Jean Braunstein, radio producer at RCF radio

"Bravo to this production : the encounter between Navajo mythology, contemporary music, Laura Tohe’s poetry and Thierry Pécou’s musical universe was not only an excellent idea but secondly superbly realized. I have never attended an opera or an oratorio before where I have followed every note from the very first note to the last with such pleasure, the native American tradition was not only respected but also beautifully supported by the staging."

- Jean-Louis Nizon, , filmmaker

"A wonderful musical production."
